Miso Seabass

I miss the grilled miso fish in Taiwan so much. I never find any good or even OK miso fish whenever I saw them on the menu in the restaurants here.
So I've been tried all different ways and recipes to make this dish for many years. FINALLY, I made it today. I found the right sauce to marinate the fish and also the right kind of fish to do it. Very happy about the result. Ira and I enjoyed this dish a lot!
